The Bodrum EDITION

We fell in love with this hotel and didn’t want to leave. Everything is just perfect; peaceful and super relaxing. Beautiful location with a breathtaking view; close to Yalikavak Marina (just a 10-minute ride). A lot of thought is put into details like decoration and maximum comfort. Excellent service and super friendly staff who speak English and are there to assist your every need. Spotless rooms, sheets and towels; super comfy bathrobes. Glamorous rooms; ours even had a steam room (Hammam) in the bathroom. Delectable breakfasts and delicious must-try food at their Brava Bodrum restaurant (lunch & dinner). Gorgeous spa area and awesome gym though not very big but has all the various machines and supplies you need. Simply a fabulous hotel from every aspect!

Mouthwatering Breakfasts and Breathtaking View

We were staying at The Bodrum EDITION (fabulous hotel by the way), and breakfast was served here. Food was super delicious and breakfast portions were huge. What I liked is that you get the menu and choose whatever you want, so no need to go walk around with your plate; just sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Perfect service and very friendly staff. Loved it!

“Brava” in All Aspects!

Well, what can I say? Bravo, Brava! This place is just perfect. Everything is top! The food, presentation, service, staff, ambiance, design… you name it!

The restaurant is located inside the Bodrum Edition Hotel – an amazing hotel by the way which opened this summer. I suppose you can visit the restaurant even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Food is just delectable, and the presentation is fabulous. We started off with some “Fish, Prawn, Avocado Creamy Ceviche” and “Baby Romaine Lettuce, Avocado, Quinoa, Pomegranate, Goat Cheese Dressing”. Delicious! I don’t think I can add or remove any ingredient. After that, we had “Garlic Prawns, Grilled Avocado, Creamy “Chalaca”. I love avocados in general, but grilled ones were a first. In fact, they tasted really good. We also had “Free Range Chicken Breast, Citrus and Fennel Salad”, and it was mouthwatering. It is not an ordinary chicken breast that you’d expect. The spices, the ingredients… everything just adds up so perfectly. This dish was even more impressive than the prawns.

Service was on point. Staff is super friendly and very attentive.
